  4th Annual Burnt Offerings Barbecue Cook-Off
Family Day, Sunday, May 16th 2010

Cooking Categories:
Chicken, Ribs, Butt/Shoulder, Brisket and Dessert
No Entry Fee

Provided for Cook-off Contestants:
One 12 X12 Space for cooking, food containers for judging, water, ash barrel, trash barrel, grease disposal, and restrooms.

Trophies will be awarded for each winning category after all judging is complete. 
Rules of the Contest: Have FUN!

Judging Promptly as Follows:
Chicken 12:00 --- Ribs 12:30 --- Butt/Shoulder 1:00 --- Brisket 1:30 --- Dessert 2:00
