Mud Creek Local Missions
What is local missions? Very basically, we define missions as reaching people with the Gospel outside of our church context. In local missions, we seek to reach out to individuals and families who have a particular need. By meeting that need, we or another organization may have the opportunity to share with that person the message of Jesus Christ. Operation Inasmuch (with local construction projects, oil change for single moms and widows, nursing home visitation, etc.) is an example of a local missions event at Mud Creek.
Local missions partnerships: Interfaith Assistance Ministry, Hendersonville Rescue Mission, Henderson County Hunger Coalition, Henderson County Relay for Life, Manna Food Bank (with the Backpack Ministry), FCA, and other local mission organizations supported by Mud Creek Baptist Church.
